Devices may occasionally experience difficulty accessing the DCI mobile app

The device may not allow the user to open the DCI mobile app, or it may display a never-ending loading or spinning login screen.

To reset the app, the user must clear the DCI app data and/or cache by following the instructions below.

Clear the DCI app data on an Android device
- Navigate to and select the device Setting icon
- Select Apps & notifications from the setting list
- Scroll and select the DCI app
- Select Storage
- Select Clear Data
- Click OK to confirm the action
- The app data has been successfully cleared. Try again to access the DCI mobile app.
Clear the DCI app cache on an Android device
- Navigate to and select the device Setting icon
- Select Apps & notifications from the setting list
- Scroll and select the DCI app
- Select Storage
- Select Clear App Data (clear cache)
- Click OK to confirm the action
- The app cache has been successfully cleared. Try again to access the DCI mobile app.
Clear the app data/clear cache on iOS device

Open Settings App

Select the General setting option

Select the iPhone Storage option

Locate and select the DCI app

Select Offload App
-
Select Offload App in the pop-up box to confirm

The app cache and data has been successfully cleared.

Select Remove App

Select Delete App

Select Delete App in the pop-up box to confirm

Open the App Store

Search for the DCI Mobile EVV App

Select the Reinstall icon (cloud with down arrow)

Launch the DCI app
-
Enter the System Identifier or Agency Name
-
Type at least three consecutive characters of the agency name OR the system identifier in the Search Agency field.
