Description: In this topic, the employer will learn how to unlock an employee profile. The employee can attempt to log in up to 5 times incorrectly before they are locked out of their account.
*Please note: The account will automatically unlock after 24 hours
Role Required: Employer
- Log in to DCI Web Portal
- All States Except NC Cap and WI: acumen.dcisoftware.com
- NC Cap and WI Only: outreach.dcisoftware.com
- Click Home on the main menu
- Click Employees on the submenu
- Search for the employee by typing the name in the Type Employee Name field
- Click Search
- Click anywhere in the employee row to open the employee details page
- Click the blue Unlock text, located next to Authentication Status in the Other Details widget.
- Click Save and Yes to confirm
